Marquee Help Needed!
Scouts and Guides in Astwood Bank are fortunate to own a number of large tents/marquees that we hire out to raise income for our groups. Each year we raise around £2-3000 which means we don’t have to rely on jumble sales or parent donations to maintain and upgrade our meeting place. We are currently looking for some adult volunteers to help team leaders to ‘pitch and drop’ our marquees on the following dates:

Please come along to this “Big Breakfast” event taking place at the Headless Cross Scout and Guide HQ this coming weekend. We are very proud that three Scouts from Redditch have been chosen to represent Hereford and Worcestershire at the World Scout Jamboree in Japan next year. They have a lot of money to raise to fund their expedition  so please support if you can – it could be your son who gets chosen to attend a future event!
